TRT1 Assessment of the Infant & Child with Congenital Torticollis: Causes, Palpation & Relevant Anatomy (41 min.)

Presented by Claudia Senesac, PT, Ph.D., PCS. This video presents a step-by-step assessment with palpation and anatomy review. This video also covers the referral process, initial parent interview, treatment goals and options.

TRT2 Treatment of the Infant & Child with Congenital Torticollis (28 min.)

Presented by Claudia Senesac, PT, Ph.D., PCS. The video discusses treatment strategies for children with torticollis. Specific stretching and soft tissue techniques for superficial and deep structures of the neck and shoulder girdle are presented. Active movement through physical handling after mobilization is discussed.

TRT3 Treating a Child who has Plagiocephaly and Asymmetrical Head Turning (55 min.)

Presented by Barbara Hypes, P.T. This video presents an evaluative therapy consultation of a child with plagiocephaly and asymmetrical head turning. At the time of this consultation the child is 6 month of age. This video demonstrates a variety of therapy techniques and discussion of secondary issues.

There are no handouts for this course.
