Description
Fascia covers, supports and separates muscles, nerves, blood vessels and bone. It allows structures to function independently while joining them together as a functional unit. When fascia is restricted there are consequences to function. Soft tissue mobilization is effective in releasing muscles to lengthen, changing tone and activating muscles to support functional movement patterns. This video discusses the basic characteristics of soft tissue, how to identify restrictions, and various soft tissue mobilization techniques. Provided in MP4 download only.
